Get Stronger es un programa de entrenamiento de fortalecimiento de resistencia diseñado para perfeccionar tu fuerza con movimientos dinámicos y funcionales que mantienen tu metabolismo acelerado mucho después de terminar la rutina. Te esperan rutinas desafiantes, pero escalables, que aumentan la resistencia, mejoran la agilidad y esculpen un cuerpo fuerte y esbelto, sin demasiada masa muscular.

  • Parte superior: Desarrolla la fuerza y la definición de la parte superior del cuerpo con ejercicios de resistencia específicos que desafían los hombros, los brazos, el pecho y la espalda. Esta sesión se centra en la sobrecarga controlada y progresiva para mejorar la resistencia muscular y esculpir una parte superior del cuerpo fuerte.
  • Parte inferior: Desarrolla fuerza, estabilidad y potencia en la parte inferior del cuerpo con movimientos compuestos dirigidos a los glúteos, cuádriceps, isquiotibiales y pantorrillas.   • Cuerpo completo 1: Una sesión de fuerza para todo el cuerpo que combina movimientos de resistencia de la parte superior e inferior del cuerpo para maximizar la activación muscular y la resistencia general.
